  • Drawing up loading plans for example, stowage and chocking
  • Handling operations on the part(s) to be transported involving modification of the part
  • Administrative management including applying for transport authorisation, customs formalities, advising exporters on letters of credit, visas, assistance with documentation, and legalisation of documents, among others.

Rigorous monitoring from start to finish

In an effort to anticipate and optimise, our teams ensure rigorous monitoring of each project:

  • The teams are present at the embarkation and disembarkation of the industrial projects entrusted to them; they are attentive to the project managers’ needs in order to guarantee a high quality result;
  • Preparing security plans for the ports concerned;
  • Provision of a photo report of the routing of your goods, as well as a “Survey Report”, a report detailing and analysing each transport and handling operation of heavy goods;
  • Internal “post-operation debriefing” after each mission.
